2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost:
    • FREE for orders totaling $99.00 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
    • For orders under $99.00, a flat rate of $7.99 applies.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after the 2-3 business day processing period. Total estimated time from order placement is approximately 5-10 business days.
  • Carriers: We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for standard shipping, chosen based on order specifics and destination.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Two-Day Shipping:
    • Cost: $19.95 flat rate
    • Delivery Time: 2 business days after processing (approximately 3-4 business days from order date)

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:

  • Cost: $19.95 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 10-14 business days after processing

4. Important Notes on Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and commence from the date of shipment, not the order date.
  • Marine EZ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Deliveries occur on business days (Monday - Friday), excluding federal holidays.
  • Some larger or heavier boat parts may require additional shipping time or special shipping arrangements.

5. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS, but certain large or heavy items may require a physical address.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We ship to military addresses. Please allow additional time for delivery.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
  • You can track your package via the carrier's website or by logging into your Marine EZ account.
  • For assistance with tracking, please contact our customer service team.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain boat parts and marine supplies may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations (e.g., hazardous materials like certain paints, adhesives, or batteries).
  • Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • We cannot ship hazardous materials via air freight.
  • Some oversized items may require freight shipping with additional charges.

8. Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Marine EZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional reshipment fees.
  • Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@marinezzy.com or call +1 551-525-4499. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
  • Lost Packages: If your package tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or with your building management. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please contact us. For packages lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

10. Special Orders and Backorders

  • Some specialized boat parts may be special-ordered or backordered.
  • We will clearly communicate the expected availability date for these items at checkout.
  • You will be notified by email when backordered items ship.
  • If you place an order containing both in-stock and backordered items, you may choose to have your order shipped in multiple shipments or held until complete.

11. Changes to Shipping Policy

Marine EZ reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
