All orders placed through marinezzy.com are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will begin processing the same day

Standard Ground Shipping

• FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $89.00 or more (subtotal before taxes and after any discounts)
• Orders under $89.00: $5.99 flat rate standard shipping

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, carrier limitations, and the nature of marine products (including hazardous materials and oversized items), we are UNABLE to ship to:

• Alaska (AK)
• Hawaii (HI)
• P.O. Boxes (for most items)
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands
• International destinations

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)

Some marine products are classified as hazardous materials and have special shipping requirements:

Items that may be HAZMAT:

• Marine batteries

• Adhesives and sealants

HAZMAT Shipping Requirements:

• Can only be shipped via ground transportation
• May incur additional hazmat fees (displayed at checkout)
• Cannot be expedited in most cases
• May require additional 1-2 days processing time

Oversized and Heavy Items

Large or heavy items have special shipping considerations:

Our Return Commitment

At Marine Ezzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we offer a generous 60-day return window for eligible items.

Return Period

• 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return
• Returns requested after 60 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Holiday purchases (November 15 - December 31) have extended return period until January 31

Eligible Items for Return

Returnable Items

Most new, unused items in original packaging can be returned, including:

✓ Anchoring & Docking Equipment - Anchors, chains, dock lines, fenders
✓ Automotive/RV Accessories - Covers, organizers, maintenance items
✓ Boat Outfitting Products - Hardware, deck equipment, cabin accessories
✓ Camping Gear - Portable equipment, outdoor accessories
✓ Electrical Components - Switches, panels, wiring (unopened)
✓ Marine Safety Equipment - New, unopened safety items
✓ Hunting & Fishing Gear - Rods, reels, tackle, accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

✗ Opened Electronic Items - GPS units, fish finders, radios, etc.
✗ Opened Safety Equipment - Life jackets, flares, EPIRBs, first aid kits
✗ Custom or Special Order Items - Items made or ordered specifically for you
✗ Hazardous Materials - Once opened (paints, adhesives, batteries)
✗ Clearance/Final Sale Items - Items marked as final sale
✗ Used or Installed Items - Any item that has been used or installed
✗ Digital Products - Software, charts, downloads

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

1. Unused and Uninstalled - Item has not been used, installed, or mounted
2. Original Condition - No damage, modifications, or alterations
3. Complete Packaging - All original packaging, including:
   • Product box or packaging
   • All foam inserts and protective materials
   • Plastic bags and wrapping
   • Manufacturer's packaging
4. All Components Included:
   • All parts and hardware
   • Installation instructions and manuals
   • Warranty cards and documentation
   • Any included accessories or bonus items
5. Proof of Purchase - Original receipt or order confirmation email

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

• Item(s) you wish to return

Step 2: Receive RMA Number

• We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
• RMA is valid for 30 days from issue date
• Returns without RMA numbers cannot be processed
• For eligible returns, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label

Step 3: Package Your Return

Proper packaging is essential:

1. Use original product packaging if possible
2. Include all original components
3. Include copy of receipt/invoice
4. Clearly write RMA number on outside of box
5. Do not write on or damage original product packaging

Important: We are not responsible for damage during return shipping if items are not properly packaged.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

• Use the prepaid label provided (if applicable)
• Ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
• Use a traceable shipping method
• Keep tracking information for your records

Return Shipping Costs

We Pay Return Shipping For:

Missing Parts or Accessories

If your item is missing components:

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

• Refused packages are subject to return shipping fees
