We offer FREE standard ground shipping on orders $89 and over (after discounts, before tax) within the contiguous 48 US states. For orders under $89, a flat rate of $5.99 applies for standard ground shipping. Note that some very large or heavy items requiring freight shipping may have different costs, which will be indicated on the product page or at checkout. Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days. After processing, standard ground shipping within the contiguous US usually takes an estimated 3-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days for most items. Items requiring freight or special handling may take longer.

Generally, no. To be eligible for return, items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging. Items like installed parts, opened electrical components, used safety equipment (life vests, flares), opened hazardous materials (paints, chemicals), and cut-to-length products are typically non-returnable unless they arrived defective. Please review the "Non-Returnable Items" section in our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Please email our Customer Support at support@marinezzy.com within 60 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without receiving prior authorization and instructions from us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns (e.g., ordered the wrong part, changed mind). Marine Ezzy will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped).
Once we receive and approve your eligible return, please allow 7-10 business days for Marine Ezzy to process the refund. After processing, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
